Q.Track Applications

QKiosk

The app is available on Windows and Android and is installed on multimedia kiosks to perform digital surveys.

QUser (assinatura digital)

The QUser application allows employees to optimize their daily tasks. This module, in addition to being available to work autonomously or integrated into the general operating system of the Q.track solution – Queue Management and Corporate TV, provides a useful tool that you can easily and safely consult and authorize several documentary actions in services – Digital Signature.

QWeb

All application management is performed in QWebAdmin through a Web browser, allowing the manager to configure the Multimedia Kiosks and consult reports for his business in anywhere.

QComposer

The QComposer application allows the survey.track manager to dynamically generate templates and define the types of surveys to be presented in the kiosks. This content composition is carried out through a simple “drag and drop” and allows the inclusion of several modules with unlimited questions and answers, texts, images, etc., also allowing the creation of the various menus for interaction with the customer.
