Q.track is a low-cost modular solution that allows you to manage queues in multiple locations with multiple services, manage multimedia content (Corporate TV) and conduct customer satisfaction surveys with digital interaction. The entire solution was designed to adapt to different needs and types of hardware, satisfying from simple service to large institutions.

Q.track applications

QInfoScreen

The application that informs users of the status of the service to call the next customer to be served. In addition, it allows to show the multimedia contents that the administrator wants (Windows and Android version).

QKiosk

Allows the customer to take a ticket. This application will only provide services that are currently active (Windows version).

QUser

ThIS APP allows front office employees to interact with the system. This application can work through a web browser and Windows.

QWeb

The entire management of the application is done in QWeb through a Web browser, allowing the administrator / manager to configure the service stations and services, consult reports, manage all the multimedia contents of the TV and Kiosks.

QComposer

The QComposer application allows the Q.track manager / administrator to dynamically generate the contents that are shown on the display. The construction of templates is carried out through simple “drag and drop” and allows the inclusion of text, videos, image slideshow, RSS content, TV, powerpoint slides, video streaming, widgets, etc.
